Proofing Policy for Clients

All Wonder of Santa® sessions include an in-person ordering session to make view your imagery and make selections for your finished artwork following your session.

All Wonder of Santa® sessions MUST have their in-person ordering session completed at the studio by the client within 30 days of the actual session taking place.

We allow ONE complimentary rescheduling of your in-person ordering session as long as notice is given 3 days prior to the scheduled day and time of your in-person ordering session.

If your in-person ordering session needs to be rescheduled more than once, a $150 deposit will be taken at the time of rescheduling to hold the date for each additional rescheduled in-person ordering appointment. These deposits in total will be credited back towards your final order.

Any Wonder of Santa® of Santa sessions that have NOT had an in-person ordering session scheduled within 45 days of original session date are subject to permanent removal from our systems.
